Export Packing Services

Smethwick Industrial Services export packing division was formed to compliment and assit the engineering part of our organisation. Projects are undertaken not only within the UK but throughout Europe and on a world wide basis with projects already completed in United States of America, Japan, Australia, Switzerland, Germany, Sweden and Spain.

Within our scope of packing standard, we incorporate not only the B.S 1133 but also the U.S.A ASA (American Standard Association) and the German HOSA (Hamburg Overseas Packing Association) although the British one is considered to be the most detailed and accepted, primarily explained by the fact that Great Britain has always occupied a leading position in export trade.

From its own heated packing facility and warehouse located within the buildings of our group estates, prospective clients are welcomed to come along to packing shed, where we will explain just how we are going to handle their equipment and, to witness the pre-treatment before we begin the process of the packing of their goods prior to the sealing of the boxes, crates or containers prior to dispatch.

Alternatively, we can if you wish, export pack all your equipment at your own premises as we do at all the major motor manufacturing companies and major players in the industrial sector.
